HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED?

As a guide, approximately half of a standard badminton court provides an ideal amount of space for the RC racing track, safety barriers, and a safe standing area for drivers and spectators. Equivalent space is generally suitable for outdoor setups. If you are unsure whether your venue is suitable, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.

DO YOU PROVIDE ALL EQUIPMENT?

Yes. RC3E provides all RC vehicles, tracks, barriers, timing equipment, and event materials required for the activity. Participants simply need to arrive ready to have fun.

ARE YOUR EVENTS INSURED?

Yes. RC3E maintains appropriate Public Liability Insurance and follows suitable health and safety procedures to help ensure a safe experience for all participants. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

CAN EVENTS BE HELD INDOORS AND OUTDOORS?

Yes. RC3E can operate at both indoor and outdoor venues at schools, sports halls, community centres, and business premises. For outdoor events, activities may be modified or rescheduled if weather conditions are considered unsafe. Where possible, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative solution.

CAN ADULTS TAKE PART?

Absolutely. Our RC experiences are suitable for children, families, schools, youth groups, and corporate teams. Many events include friendly competitions and team challenges that are enjoyed by participants of all ages.

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY EVENT?

Yes. RC3E offers flexible event packages tailored to your group size, age range, venue, and budget. Options include bespoke event duration, track layouts, competitive race formats, team challenges, and educational activities.

CAN I CHANGE MY EVENT DATE?

Yes, subject to availability and the cancellation terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible should your circumstances change.
